The Challenge
KollaBee, a Hyderabad-based startup, had built a powerful team collaboration platform but struggled to gain market traction against established competitors like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Their existing website had a bounce rate exceeding 75%, their cost per acquisition from paid ads was unsustainably high at over Rs. 2,500 per trial signup, and they had virtually no brand presence on social media. They needed to make every marketing rupee count while building a recognizable brand from scratch.
Our Solution
We started by redesigning KollaBee's website from the ground up using Next.js, focusing on speed, clear value proposition messaging, and a streamlined trial signup flow. We reduced page load time from 4.2 seconds to under 1.5 seconds and implemented strategic CTAs throughout the user journey. Simultaneously, we launched highly targeted Google Ads campaigns focusing on long-tail keywords and competitor comparison queries, paired with LinkedIn Ads targeting IT decision-makers at mid-size companies. Our social media strategy centered on productivity tips, remote work content, and customer success stories to build organic brand awareness.
