When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account through our platform, we access the following data via the Meta Graph API:
- Facebook Page information (name, ID, profile picture)
- Instagram Business account information (username, profile picture, follower count)
- Page posts, comments, and engagement metrics (likes, shares, reach, impressions)
- Facebook Messenger conversations and Instagram Direct Messages (with your explicit permission)
- Page Insights and audience demographics (age, gender, location)
- Lead form submissions (via Meta Lead Ads integration)
How we use this data: To publish posts on your behalf, display engagement analytics, manage your social inbox (comments and messages), generate AI-assisted replies, and sync lead form data with your CRM.
Data storage: Facebook and Instagram access tokens are encrypted and stored securely. Page content and messages are stored for the duration of your account. We do not share your Meta data with any third parties except as required to provide our Services.
Data deletion: You can disconnect your Facebook/Instagram account at any time from our Social Media Hub. When you disconnect, we delete your stored access tokens and stop accessing your data. You may also request complete deletion of your data by removing our app from your Facebook Business Integrations settings, which triggers our automated data deletion callback.
Meta Platform Terms: Our use of Facebook and Instagram data is subject to Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.
9.2 YouTube (Google)
When you connect your YouTube channel, we access the following data via the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API:
- Channel information (name, ID, subscriber count, profile picture)
- Published videos and their metadata (title, description, thumbnails)
- Video performance metrics (views, likes, comments, watch time)
- Channel analytics (subscriber growth, audience demographics, traffic sources)
- Video comments for inbox management
How we use this data: To upload videos on your behalf, display channel analytics, manage video comments from our inbox, and track content performance.
Google API compliance: Our use of YouTube data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
9.3 Google Business Profile
When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access:
- Business location information (name, address, category)
- Business posts and updates
- Customer reviews and your responses
- Search and Maps performance metrics (views, actions, calls, direction requests)
How we use this data: To create posts on your business profile, respond to customer reviews, and display local search performance analytics.
9.4 LinkedIn
When you connect your LinkedIn Company Page, we access the following data via the LinkedIn API:

- Post comments for inbox management
How we use this data: To publish posts on your Company Page, display engagement analytics, and manage comments from our unified inbox.
9.5 Twitter / X
When you connect your X (Twitter) account, we access the following data via the X API:
- Account information (handle, display name, profile picture, follower count)
- Published tweets and media
- Tweet engagement metrics (impressions, likes, retweets, replies, bookmarks)
How we use this data: To post tweets on your behalf, display engagement metrics, and track content performance.
9.6 General Social Media Data Practices
- Authentication tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest. We use OAuth 2.0 for all platform connections and never store your social media passwords.
- Data minimization: We only request the permissions necessary to provide our Services and do not access data beyond what is required.
- No selling of social data: We never sell, rent, or share your social media data with advertisers or data brokers.
- Disconnection: You can disconnect any social media account at any time from our Social Media Hub. Upon disconnection, we delete stored access tokens and stop accessing data from that platform.
- Account deletion: When you delete your Conceev account, all associated social media data (tokens, cached posts, messages, analytics) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our systems.
